I honestly think this user has potential to grow as an artist, but I don’t really like their remake of TMNT 2012. Here’s the reason why:

Ngl, it really doesn’t need to be another Steven Universe, Avatar, or My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It’s just a show about pizza-loving irridated teenaged terrapins fighting bad guys and it doesn’t need to be anything more than that. It’s also a franchise that’s mainly catered to a male audience (boys aged 2-11 or so I’ve heard),, so ofc there’s gonna be less females in the show. Want a show with an almost all female cast? Stick to either She-Ra or Steven Universe.

Also, another thing I’d like to add is that Apriltello is an EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE relationship, ESPECIALLY IN THE 2012 SERIES. 2012!April just leads poor Donnie on and he deserves a girl that’s so much better than her (which is why I don’t mind if he’s paired off with a crossover character or an OC). In Rise, the turtles view April as a sister-figure, so anything remotely romantic between that iteration of April and the Mad Dogs is out of the question. I mean, ofc you do you, but I’m just stating the truth here.
